All fees effective from 1 September 2025. Nursery hours: 7:30am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

These are the standard fees for families not in receipt of government funding. The daily rate decreases as the number of days attended per week increases.

From 1 September 2025, children aged 9 months and above are entitled to government funding from the start of the term after they turn 9 months (terms begin 1 Jan, 1 Apr, 1 Sep). The government pays 1,140 hours per year (30 hours a week for 38 weeks). We stretch this over the full year, giving parents two funded days per week. A minimum of three days attendance is required. Funding hours: 8am – 6pm.

Some toddlers are entitled to 15 hours of government funding from the start of the term after they turn 2 years old. This is means-tested and depends on parents' circumstances. Funding is given for 38 weeks of the year (term-time only), equating to 570 hours per year. We offer this on a term-time basis and ask for a voluntary contribution to cover meals, extra activities, etc. A minimum of three days attendance is required.

Toddlers (2+ years) with 15 hours government funding

Means-tested — subject to eligibility. Term-time only.

Late Collection

Late collection fees

We close at 6:00pm. The following charges apply for late collection.

Management reserves the right to apply late fees. Any absences including holidays, sickness, adverse weather, bank holidays, and the Christmas closure are charged at the full rate.

Sessions & Day Swaps

We do not offer half days or sessional care. We do not offer day swaps. You must give one month's notice if you wish to reduce or change your days. Changes are subject to availability.

Fees & Payment

All fees must be paid in advance on the 28th day of each month. There is a non-refundable administration fee of £60, plus a deposit of £200.00 which is deducted from the final bill when your child leaves. The deposit does not apply to funding hours entitlement only.

Opening Days

The nursery is open 51 weeks of the year. We close between Christmas and the New Year, on all bank holidays, and for three inset training days per year.

Fee Reviews

Fees are reviewed annually. Parents will be given at least one month's notice of any proposed changes before they take effect.
